Customer Care Agent
As part of the Customer Care Team you will be making and receiving calls to and from Clients who have a Savvy.co.uk account.
- To make and receive calls
- To discuss each customer’s situation with a view to reaching an outcome in line with the Company’s TCF Policy.
- Completing income and expenditure assessments with clients who are in or expect to be in financial difficulty
- Following up on payment promises.
- Dealing verbally and in writing with third party businesses who are acting on behalf of our customers
- Taking loan repayments and setting up payment promises on our bespoke CRM
- Ad hoc duties requested by the Team Leader
The ideal candidate:
- Must be highly organised
- Be proficient in excel and word
- Have a good telephone manner
- Must have previous experience within financial services, ideally within a Customer Care role
- Be able to work in a team as well as own their own initiative
