Customer Care Agent

As part of the Customer Care Team you will be making and receiving calls to and from Clients who have a account.

Primary responsibilities:

  • To make and receive calls
  • To discuss each customer’s situation with a view to reaching an outcome in line with the Company’s TCF Policy.
  • Completing income and expenditure assessments with clients who are in or expect to be in financial difficulty
  • Following up on payment promises.
  • Dealing verbally and in writing with third party businesses who are acting on behalf of our customers
  • Taking loan repayments and setting up payment promises on our bespoke CRM
  • Ad hoc duties requested by the Team Leader

Personal Specification

The ideal candidate:

  • Must be highly organised
  • Be proficient in excel and word
  • Have a good telephone manner
  • Must have previous experience within financial services, ideally within a Customer Care role
  • Be able to work in a team as well as own their own initiative
